U heeft het recht uw bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren, met uitzondering van maatwerk volgens door u opgegeven specificaties. U heeft na annulering nogmaals 14 dagen om uw product met alle geleverde toebehoren, en, indien redelijkerwijze mogelijk, in de originele staat en verpakking retour te sturen. U krijgt na ontvangst van het retour gezonden product het volledige orderbedrag inclusief verzendkosten binnen 14 dagen teruggestort op uw rekening. Enkel de kosten voor retour van u thuis naar de webwinkel zijn voor eigen rekening. Deze kosten bedragen in Nederland circa 7,25 per pakket, raadpleeg voor de exacte tarieven (en voor pakketten buiten Nederland) de website van uw vervoerder.

You have the right to return your order till 14 days after receipt without statement of reason, except for customised products according to your specifications. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product, including all supplied belongings, and, if possible, in original condition and packing. After receipt of the returned product you will receive within 14 days a full refund of the order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product to our webshop are at your expense. These costs are in Holland about 7,25 per package, for the exact tariffs (and for packages outside Holland), please check the website of your carrier.
